Maya Medvesek is anything but a bitch. When I met the 26-year-old, Slovenian-born producer, known to most as 8Bitch, I was pretty taken aback by her complete lack of bitch-ness: She’s tiny; she’s gorgeous and she’s very polite. She’s also mega accomplished, being a former judo champ and a total TV celebrity in her homeland, but we’ll talk about that later.
